Greenlane Estate Winery (Icewine)

Spend an afternoon enjoying all that Greenlane Estates has to offer! Greenlane Estates is located on 22 acres of vineyards, including a collection of mature vines, dating back to 1990. These mature vines produce fewer clusters, however these clusters provide a higher quality grape, resulting in exceptional wines. The winery takes pride in the wines they produce, all made with hand harvested grapes, and is excited to share them with the world.

While visiting, guests can partake in both private and public tastings. A must try is Greenlane's Icewine, produced from naturally frozen Riesling grapes. The Riesling grapes used are a blend including some harvested from their mature vines. The Icewine produced is naturally sweet, as sugars accumulate in the grapes as they freeze on their vines. The bouquet of the Icewine is filled with notes of citrus and apricot, tasting of candied fruit, with a subtle note of honey. The winery also offers a Rose, a Cabernet, and a variety of white table wines.

Vineyard tours and wine lectures can be arranged prior to your arrival, where one of their wine professionals will give you the full winery experience. Make sure to check out the quaint retail store, where not only will you find Greenlanes wine for purchase but a great selection of items including preservatives and wine jellies. Outside seating areas, allow guests to enjoy a glass of wine and the view.

Private tastings and tours should be booked ahead, group rates may be applicable.
