In efforts to promote Niagara's cultural and artistic value, In the Soil has made it possible for artists all over the region to come together as one. The partnership between Brock University and the downtown St. Catharines have successfully created a "one of a kind" multi-discplinary arts festival. Other partners include the Centre for the Arts, St. Catharines & Area Arts Council, Suitcase in Point Theatre Company, Pulse Niagara, the Niagara Artists Centre, and Yummy Recordings. Each year more and more artists are participating in the festival and illustrating the successful talent Niagara supports.
